- Provide administrative support to executives, managers, and teams.
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications (emails, phone calls, mail).
- Maintain and organize electronic and physical files.
- Assist in office management tasks such as ordering supplies and maintaining equipment.
- Support HR functions, including onboarding new employees and maintaining records.
- Process invoices, expense reports, and basic financial transactions.
- Conduct research and compile data for reports and special projects.
- Ensure confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree
- Experience: 2+ years of administrative or office support experience.
- Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
