Your Role
Our school is seeking a vibrant, efficient, and energetic person for the position of Administration Secretary. This is a term-time position (6hpw) for an immediate commencement or as negotiated with the successful applicant. Whilst this position will initially be for 6hpw, it will also take on additional hours for leave coverage for administration staff and assist during other busy times throughout the year. This position will be a fixed term contract until 6 December 2024, with the view to move to a continuing position from 2025.
The Administration Secretary is a key role in our school office, providing exceptional customer service to new and existing families as well as supporting students, staff and the school leadership team in a variety of ways. Outstanding interpersonal skills, good attention to detail and effective organisational and technological capabilities are pre-requisites of the successful applicant.
The Administration Secretary will provide a variety of secretarial and administrative support which enables the maintenance of efficient administration systems which serve the educational function of the school.

About you
The successful applicant will have relevant qualifications and/or experience and an understanding of, and a commitment to, the ethos of Catholic Education. In addition, you will have excellent time management skills, well developed interpersonal skills and a high proficiency of computer skills.

Mandatory Requirements
- A current valid Blue Card under the Working with Children (Risk Management and Screening) Act 2000 (WWC Act) and valid Suitability Notice is a requirement of the position.
