Job description: Northern Sydney Local Health District (NSLHD) is looking to recruit to the idyllic Mona Vale Hospital located on Sydney’s Northern Beaches. An exciting opportunity to apply for the Administration Officer Beaches Rapid Access care of the Elderly (BRACE) team at Mona Vale Hospital. Come and join our dedicated team of professionals who provide assessment and treatment for older people living in our community who become acutely unwell and at risk of hospitalisation. What you’ll be doing

The Administration Officer will manage the provision of accurate, timely and efficient high level administrative and customer support to the department to support the achievement of the departments set goals.

People of Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander background encouraged to apply.
Candidates will need to meet the following criteria:

  • Highly professional phone manner and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Well-developed computer skills including accurate data entry skills.
  • Ability to be self-motivated with good time management skills.
