Job description: Responsibilities
1.Responsible for the development and execution of a broad range of corporate administrative services within approved policies and objectives including several or all of the following: office services, contract administration, purchasing, real estate, insurance, responding customers’ queries, and/or data processing.
2.Responsible for conducting market research and analysis to evaluate trends of market and customer requirements, analyzing published data and statistics.
3.Responsible for building relationships with external parties
4.Responsible for special assignments ordered by General ManagerRequirements
1.Proven experience in a similar role, with responsibilities commensurate to the position
2.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Japanese and English
3.Proficient in MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
4.Highly proactive and self-motivated
5.Well-organized with strong time management skills
6.Strong analytical thinking and fair decision-making abilities
7.Effective communicator in a multicultural environment
8.Skilled at building and maintaining professional relationships with Partners and Executives
