Job description: Charterhouse are working exclusively with an iconic Multinational Brand who is looking to hire an Administration Coordinator to join their regional headquarters in Dubai. Our client is ideally seeking a UAE National with similar experience.About the role
The Administration Coordinator will be responsible for front-of-house duties, including welcoming and greeting clients, guiding them to meeting rooms, managing communications, and directing messages as needed. This role will also provide broad administrative and organisational support to team members across the Dubai office.Additionally, the Administration Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating meetings, managing travel and accommodation arrangements for the team, ensuring accurate oversight of office budgets and petty cash. This role goes beyond front-of-house responsibilities, working closely with the Office Manager to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of office logistics and administrative tasks.About you
To be considered for this role, the successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years administrative and office management experience. Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal with knowledge of MS Office Applications is required.In character, the ideal candidate should be positive and proactive with a friendly approach, a strong team player yet self-sufficient and the ability to demonstrate exceptional organisational skills. Expected salary: 12000 – 14000 per month
