Job description: Job Description :A multinational commodity trading company specialized in commodity trading is currently looking for an organized and proactive Administration Assistant to join our team for a 6-month temporary assignment.
In this role, you will support a wide range of administrative and operational tasks essential to the smooth functioning of our office. If you are detail-oriented, reliable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment—we’d love to hear from you!Key Responsibilities:

- Reconciliation of petty cash and processing overhead invoices.
- Managing insurance renewals (health, office, travel, electronics, vehicle).
- Liaising with our health insurance broker.
- Liaising with our HR service provider.
- Arranging hotel bookings and travel insurance.
- Credit card reconciliaiton.
- Documenting received shipment and DHL bookings.
- Keeping employee records updated (Visa, EID, documents).
- Supporting staff onboarding and induction.
- Coordinating renewal of administrative corporate documents.
- Ensuring smooth office operations.
- Record all entries in our system.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an administrative or office assistant role.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Familiarity with UAE office admin processes (insurance, visa, travel).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Discretion and reliability.
- Availability from mid-May 2025 for a 6-month period.
Expected salary: 8000 per month
