Client Details

The Client specializes in providing high-quality equipment and services for the film and television industry. They offer a wide range of products, including cameras, lenses, and accessories, as well as support services such as equipment rental and technical support.

Description

  • Allocate receipts daily and investigate all payments received by various methods.
  • Resolve disputed credit claims promptly.
  • Ensure invoices are checked, emailed, and files are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Monitor and collect overdue accounts, escalating if not resolved within agreed timeframes.
  • Maintain positive customer relationships and regular communication with the sales team.
  • Process account applications promptly, ensuring all necessary information is provided.
  • Complete month-end processes for debtors, including producing reports and maintaining sub-ledgers.
  • Provide monthly reports on collection status and bad debt provision, distributed accurately and on time.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, professional telephone manner, the ability to build and maintain relationships
  • Good attention to detail, emphasis on accuracy
  • Highly organized and good time management skills, the ability to work and maintain effectiveness within tight deadlines and multiple priorities
  • A minimum of 2 years of accounts receivable or credit control experience
  • Good computer skills including intermediate level Excel skills; experience with Great Plains is highly desirable
