Job description: In this role, you will manage customer accounts, ensure timely collections, and maintain accurate financial records related to accounts receivable.

- Process and record incoming payments and manage customer accounts.
- Generate and send invoices to clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Monitor accounts receivable ageing reports and follow up on overdue payments.
- Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies.
- Collaborate with internal departments to address customer inquiries and billing issues.
- Assist in preparing monthly reports on accounts receivable performance.

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting with a GPA of 2.5 or above.
- 0-2 years of experience in accounts receivable or finance-related roles.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
