Minimum requirements:
- This position is not an external rep but based at the Boksburg office
- The Account Executive is a key role within the sales team responsible for establishing and maintaining strong relationships with clients
- This position involves identifying potential clients, understanding their needs, and proposing suitable products or services to meet those needs
- The Account Executive is also responsible for driving revenue growth by closing sales deals and contributing to the achievement of sales targets
- Retain and maintain customer relationships
– customer survey and pending project or deals * Lost Business
- Look and see where business is down and understand the reasoning behind it
- Ways in which to outgrow the shrink
- Strategic Projects & Developments
- Any type of survey on material that they need to look at bringing in (Strategic or new development)
- Sampling Process and completion thereof
- Market pricing
- It is essential that each AE updates market pricing received from customers monthly in order for us to analysis and understand where the company is in the market
- Adhering to deadlines
- Development Phases
- Manage and understand what is happening with Current Client
- Achieving monthly targets and deliverables
