Job description: Responsibilities:Responsible for daily financial accounting, handling accounts receivable, accounts payable and bank reconciliations;Prepare financial statements to ensure the accounts are clear, accurate and in compliance with IFRS;Responsible for payroll accounting, social security management and finance related matters;Handle company tax filing, including VAT filing and compliance management; Maintain financial system to ensure data validity; Assist in annual audit; Optimize financial process to improve the efficiency of financial operation; Other related financial affairs assigned by supervisors. Compliance management;Maintain the financial system to ensure data security and effectiveness;Assist in annual audit and prepare related financial information;Optimize the financial process to improve the efficiency of financial operations;Other related financial affairs assigned by the supervisor.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree or above, majoring in accounting, financial management, finance or other related fields;At least 2-3 years of experience in finance or accounting, preferably with MNC or local Dubai companies;Proficient in IFRS and VAT tax filing experience;Proficient in Excel, SAP, QuickBooks or other financial software;Good command of English and Chinese communication skills preferred. Good English communication skills, Chinese language skills are preferred;Careful and rigorous, strong sense of responsibility, good teamwork and stress resistance;Holders of international financial certifications such as ACCA, CPA, CMA, etc. are preferred;Possesses the legal status to work in the UAE or can apply for a work visa.Benefits: work visa, paid annual leave, room allowance, phone allowance, meal allowance, holiday bonus, medical insurance, etc.Working hours: 9am-6pm, one day off per weekLocation: DubaiSalary range: AED 7,000 – 8,000 / month (Negotiable)
