- Assist with daily accounting operations including data entry, invoicing, and bank reconciliations
- Manage invoicing, budget tracking, and contract administration to maintain financial discipline
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes
- Coordinate with Admin Coordinators to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance
- Help maintain accurate financial records and documentation
- Support external audit preparation and internal control processes
- Ensure compliance with UAE financial regulations and company policies
Qualifications:
- 0-2 years of relevant experience in an accounting or finance role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of accounting software is a plus
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Eagerness to learn and contribute in a team-oriented environment
- UAE National (Emirati) – Mandatory
Expected salary: 14000 – 17000 per month
