Job description: Stable Financial Services Co in Sandton is looking for a qualified Accountant with 5 – 6 years experience or a Snr Bookkeeper with a good track record to join their Accounting team.Duties would include:

- Monthly Debtors and Creditors reconciliations,
- Balance Sheet reconciliations
- Assisting with Year end Audits file preparation
- Preparation of Cash flow forecasts
- Assisting with financial, taxation and accounting aspect for the company
- Tax compliance and VAT calculations and submissions
- Writing up books of small companies
- Consolidations and budgets
- Assisting the Head of finance with admin duties,
- Filing and any accounting tasks assisgned by the Head of Finance
- Completed Finance Degree essential,
- Articles would be an advantage
- 6 years experience in a similar role
- Excellent working knowledge of Excel
- Working knowledge of SAGE, Online banking, and MS Office
- Candidate needs to have worked in a team in a professional environment and have the ability to work under pressure
- A professional and helpful demeanour with excellent attention to detail is required
