Successful incumbent will report directly to the Financial Manager. Position would suit a candidate who is immediately available. A Bachelors Degree in Finance is essential, an Honours degree would be advantageous. Successful candidates must have completed SAICA / SAIPA Articles (non-negotiable) and extensive experience with Syspro. 5-10 years of experience needed. Job duties include: Reconciliations of balance sheet accountsDebtors and Creditors managementPetty cash processing nationallyProcess journal entries and general ledger entriesFixed asset management – capitalization, depreciation and reconsLiaison with internal and external auditorsMonthly VAT 201 / EMP201 submissionsProvide financial management support to managers – payments, requisitions etc. Prepare regulatory reporting submissionsIncome statement performance analysisUndertake special and adhoc projects (Not limited to the above)https://webapp.placementpartner.com/wi/vacancy/?id=smithgarb&source=smithgarb&vacancy_ref=JHB007241
