We are looking for a detail-oriented Accountant with 5+ years of experience, including a minimum of 2 years in the UAE, to join our team in Business Bay, Dubai. Experience in the real estate or property development sector is a strong advantage.Key Responsibilities:Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, and reportsHandle accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger functionsAssist with monthly, quarterly, and annual closingsEnsure compliance with UAE VAT regulations and filing requirementsSupport internal and external auditsCoordinate with external vendors, clients, and internal departmentsMonitor cash flow and manage budgeting and forecasting processesRequirements:Minimum 5 years of accounting experienceAt least 2 years of relevant experience in the UAEProficiency in accounting software and Microsoft ExcelExperience in real estate or development companies is a plusStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAvailable to join within 30 days

Expected salary: 7000 per month
