As an E-Commerce Account Manager at Amazon, you will play a key role in growing the third-party marketplace across the UAE and Saudi Arabia. This role combines sales strategy, business development, and account optimization to drive performance for Amazon’s selling partners. Using strong analytical and consultative skills, you will evaluate new seller opportunities, help launch their catalogs, and support ongoing success through insights, coaching, and operational support.Key Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new sellers, guiding them through onboarding to successful catalog launches
- Act as a strategic advisor to sellers, providing performance insights and best practices to increase sales
- Analyze data to spot trends, gaps, and growth opportunities within assigned seller portfolios
- Collaborate across internal teams to improve tools, processes, and seller experience
- Track performance metrics, provide reporting, and create strategic action plans for selling partners
- Educate partners on Amazon policies, fulfillment solutions, customer experience expectations, and growth tools
Job Requirements
- 3+ years’ experience in account management, sales, or business development
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business, Engineering, or similar field
- Proven ability to analyze data and solve business problems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to work independently
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in e-commerce or fast-paced retail environments in the GCC
- Background in beauty, personal care, or similar consumer goods categories
- Familiarity with tools such as SQL, Salesforce, or Oracle Business Intelligence
