Individuals may perform other duties as assigned, including work in other functional areas to cover absences, equalize peak work periods or otherwise to balance the workload.Work ExperienceAt least one year of surety/insurance experience strongly preferredHigh School Diploma requiredExceptional customer service skillsExcellent organizational, interpersonal, communication skillsProven ability of working in a successful team environmentStrong data entry skillsAbility to exercise independent judgmentProficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and internet utilizationApplied Agency Management System experience preferred but not requiredWillingness to obtain state insurance (P/C & Life & Health) licensesThe expected salary range for this position is $60,000 to $90,000 and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate’s skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position’s business line, scope and level.
