- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Manage the sales process
- Maintain existing customer base build and maintain strong lasting relationships with customers
- Establish and grow a new customer base
- Understand customer business needs and requirements
- Serve as the primary point of customer contact
- Identify and pursue sales opportunities
- Develop sales account plans and strategies
- Maintain client base and forecasts
- Develop sales plans/account planning
- Generate sales leads and constant follow-up with deals
- Quotation and order processing
- Matric, with mathematics is essential
- Min 2 to 3 years sales experience in an Internal Account Manager position
- A tertiary qualification and/or a relevant diploma in Sales, Marketing, or IT
- Previous account management experience within ICT Distribution industry
- Experiencein a customer service environment
- Experience preparing and presenting quotations
Expected salary: R15000 – 25000 per month
