The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, as well as maintaining and expanding existing client accounts. This role requires a combination of sales acumen, relationship-building skills, and a deep understanding of recruitment processes.Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed company targets
- Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities through proactive outreach and networking
- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients and industry trends
- Manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions that meet client needs
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with prospective clients
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, client interactions, and account updates in the company’s CRM system
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, pipeline, and market insights to management
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and best practices in sales and recruitment
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions
- Mentor and support junior sales team members as needed
Recruitment Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a strong network of potential candidates across various industries and job functions
- Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, and professional networks to identify qualified candidates
- Work with internal recruiters that will help support your open requisitions
- Conduct initial screenings and assessments of candidates to determine their suitability
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their specific recruitment needs and requirements
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding
- Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the hiring process
- Maintain a database of potential candidates for future opportunities
- Stay informed about current hiring trends, salary benchmarks, and industry-specific recruitment challenges
Qualifications
- 2-10 years direct Account Management or 360 full-desk recruiting background from an agency
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs
- Strong understanding of the recruitment industry and hiring processes
- Experience utilizing an ATS, CRM, Linkedin
- Experience building a desk from scratch and managing a book of business in Technology, Construction, Legal, Accounting, Manufacturing industries
Expected salary: $80000 – 150000 per year
