You will become a trusted partner to the staffing team, as well as the greater internal team through your ability to accomplish tasks thoughtfully and work collaboratively towards a common goal. Your diligence, willingness to “roll up your sleeves” and aptitude for creative problem solving will ensure success of the program as a whole. As the Account Executive, you will:

  • Maintain regular 1:1 communication with Staffing Director and Regional Lead (RL) on all projects and workstreams
  • Maintaining tracking / weekly reporting to ensure were on track toward scoped events
  • Ensure all processes are being supported throughout program: including ongoing Staff Recruitment & onboarding, ongoing Staff Trainings, reporting, timesheets and payroll
  • Ensure weekly compliances and reports are executed
  • Assist Staffing Director and RL in uncovering strategic training opportunities among staff
  • Attend FM Training to answer MKTG/Dentsu related questions
  • Work with Production + RL in Asset Delivery and Program Decommission
  • Work with Production to assist in auditing and field maintenance of activation kits, premiums, etc.
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned


  • 3+ years staffing, field, or account management experience
  • 1+ years creative agency experience
  • Proven leadership among cross-functional teams
  • Strong attention to detail and quality
  • Ability to solve problems creatively
  • Effectively writes clear, concise logical internal documents
  • Experiential marketing experience preferred
  • Project management experience preferred

Additional InformationThe anticipated salary range for this position is $51,000 – $83,375. Salary is based on a variety of factors including relevant experience, knowledge, skills and other factors permitted by law. A range of medical, dental, vision, 401(k) matching, paid time off, and/or other benefits also are available.
