Job description: Responsibilities:1.Manage all billing and invoicing activities, ensuring timely issuance, tracking, and follow-up on payments.
2.Accurately record and reconcile incoming and outgoing transactions within the Odoo platform.
3.Oversee accounts receivable and accounts payable processes, ensuring consistency and compliance with company policies.
4.Generate financial reports and summaries related to billing, outstanding balances, and payment status.
5.Collaborate with other departments to resolve invoice discrepancies or disputes.
6.Maintain organised and up-to-date records of all financial documents, including bills, purchase orders, and receipts.
7.Participate in monthly and annual closing procedures, supporting audits and financial reviews.
8.Continuously optimise workflows within Odoo to improve efficiency and data accuracy.
9.Ensure compliance with local financial regulations and company accounting standards.Qualifications:1.Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
2.A minimum of 3 years of experience in an accounting or finance role, with a focus on billing and invoicing VAT Filling and tax acknowledgement.
3.Advanced proficiency in Odoo ERP is a must.
4.Strong knowledge of accounting principles and best practices.
5.High attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
6.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
