Job description: Our client is an online media company.Job DescriptionEnsuring suppliers information is 100% correctSending out proofs every month – no content to be older than current monthMaking changes to database based on package. Turnaround time within 24 hoursEnsuring no more than 2 x movie ticket pay-outs for the same client in a month without taking actionEnsuring information is what agents NEED (revised from time to time and is accurate, relevant and user friendly)Ensure that operating systems provide a streamlined, effective and accurate service to clients (ensure quality, consistency, continuity and a service oriented business ethic) Renewal of accounts & accounting issuesRenewing at least 90% of allocated contracts timeouslyEncourage clients to renew contracts for larger packages or top up indexesMaintain accurate record of accounts/contract requirement to ensure supplier is billed correctlyAssist with the collection of prepayments and outstanding monies where necessaryPromotionsMaintain a high commitment to customer focus and the creation of value add by promoting clients on the system (info to be advertised on all the relevant sections and clients encouraged to take top up indexes where necessary).Put forward client’s new products, specials, etc (being on the look-out for a new angle to be considered for daily news by scanning/following clients various network feeds).Establishing and maintaining a good relationship with clients & agentsHave a clear understanding of customers’ company, needs and service expectationsRegular and meaningful communication with clientsRecords to be kept of face-to-face calls (minimum 4 per month), plus telephonic contactMaintain good relationship with agents who call in/email with queries and suggestionsIdentifying potential problem clients and taking appropriate action timeouslyAssist with technical & general problemsMaintain and increase readership of travel consultants by ensuring quality content / updatesUser Database non advertiser contact infoAllocate all new registered users to the correct Consortium, Agency, Branch and activate users.Contact the Consortiums monthly / quarterly to keep their registrations up to dateUpdate non-advertiser contact info annuallyConfirm/update non-advertiser details by phoning and checking websitesAdministration & GeneralConstantly following up on proofsEnsure accurate records are kept of client information and correspondence, in case of disputeMust be a team playerAssist with new projects where necessaryTo maintain effective and proactive internal relationshipsQualificationsTravel QualificationPrevious travel industry experience essential (i.e. retail, wholesale, airline)SkillsComputer skills – MS OfficeGood written & verbal communication skillsGood work organization, time management skills & ability to work under pressureAble to work quickly, methodically, highly accurate and able to concentrate for long periodsAbility to build good interpersonal relationshipsAbility to work as part of a teamTarget driven – ability to renew travel advertising contracts (negotiating skills)Ability to deliver quality work and be proactiveSalary / PackageR15000- 20000 BasicBenefitsN/Ahttps://www.pcs-sa.co.za/job/414766/account-executive/
