Job description: Performs a variety of coordination activities associated with ambulatory access operations initiatives. Works closely with Access Program Coordinators to organize scope, resources, timelines, external stakeholders, and communications for multiple projects. Develops comprehensive plans for implementation through maintenance and/or completion. Monitors progress of new and ongoing initiatives and provides updates to leadership on status.Organize initiatives into doable actions and set timeframesCollaborate across access and other departments as needed to identify and define requirements, scope and objectivesAssist with task trackingMake sure that internal and external stakeholder needs are met as projects evolveContribute to analysis of risks and opportunitiesMonitor progress of work streams and handle any issues that ariseAct as the back-up point of contact and communicate updates to all participantsWork with the Program Coordinators to remove barriersIn addition to the above job responsibilities, other duties may be assigned. Position Compensation Range: $21.10 – $32.71 HourlyMINIMUM REQUIREMENTSEducation: Bachelor’s degree.
Experience: 1 year of relevant experience.
Licensure: None.PHYSICAL DEMANDSThis is primarily a sedentary job involving extensive use of desktop computers.
