We are actively hiring for an Access Management Analyst!Your Role: We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Access Management Analyst to join our Identity and Access Management (IAM) team. This role is responsible for fielding and resolving access-related incidents (INC) and fulfilling user access requests across the organization. You will work closely with IT, security teams, and business users to ensure proper access provisioning, deprovisioning, and troubleshooting while maintaining compliance with security policies.Your work:Process and fulfill access requests for applications, systems, and data following established security policies and role-based access controls (RBAC).Investigate and resolve access-related incidents by troubleshooting user issues and escalating when necessary.Create, modify, and remove user accounts in Active Directory, enterprise applications, and other identity platforms.Ensure compliance with IAM policies by verifying approvals, auditing access changes, and maintaining documentation.Collaborate with IT and security teams to improve access management processes and user experience.Support onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring employees, contractors, and vendors have appropriate access.Assist in periodic access reviews to enforce least privilege principles and mitigate security risks.Document procedures and knowledge articles to improve efficiency and self-service capabilities.This role includes an every 4 week on call rotation.Required Experience, Education and SkillsDemonstrated ability to understand, contribute to and enforce IT security standards and procedures.Strong attention to detail.For employees focused on identity access management:Familiarity and ability to use applicable technology in use by CSAA such as Active Directory, LDAP, Unix (various), and custom web applications.Preferred:Knowledge of security issues, techniques and implications across existing computer platforms.Education, Work Experience, Licenses & CertificationsBachelor’s or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field.0-2 years of relevant experiencePreferred:Formal training, course work or work experience in one of the following two areasA) Access managementWhat would make us excited about you?Experience with Active Directory, Azure AD, Okta, SailPoint, or other IAM tools is a plus but not required.Willingness to grow and learn within the role.Basic understanding of role-based access control (RBAC), least privilege, and identity governance.Strong customer service and communication skills for interacting with end-users and IT teams.Ability to troubleshoot access issues and follow established workflows.Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira, or similar) is preferred.Attention to detail and ability to follow security procedures.Familiarity with audit and compliance requirements related to identity management is a plus.Ability to work independently while collaborating with a larger security team.This role is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in Identity and Access Management (IAM) and gain hands-on experience with enterprise security operations.Actively shapes our company culture (e.g., participating in employee resource groups, volunteering, etc.)Lives into cultural norms (e.g., willing to have cameras when it matters: helping onboard new team members, building relationships, etc.)(Use as needed) Travels as needed for role, including divisional / team meetings and other in-person meetingsFulfills business needs, which may include investing extra time, helping other teams, etcLet’s keep working togetherSubmit your application to be considered. Our salary ranges vary and are calculated based on county of residence. The full hourly rate range for this position across all the states we hire in is $40.05.
