Job description: THE ROLE

Senior Compliance Officers conduct performance audits on community service organisations funded by the department to deliver care services. This role requires regular overnight travel to locations across Victoria to assess the compliance of services against service agreement obligations, program requirements and relevant legislation. Audit findings are used to address local areas of non-compliance, highlight strong practice, and identify opportunities to strengthen quality of service delivery or performance within these organisations.
