Job title: Associate / Senior Associate – European Real Estate

Job description: Our client is a real estate investor and developer focused on transactions in the living and hospitality sectors in Continental Europe and the UK based in the groups headquatres based in Dubai, UAE. They require an Investment Associate / Senior Associate to analyse, underwrite and execute new investment opportunities including opportunistic and value-add real estate.

Key Responsibilities:
- Report into Manging Partner
- Support the sourcing real estate investment opportunities across Europe and the UK.
- Underwrite new investment opportunities across the opportunistic and value-add real estate.
- Execution of acquisitions, development of assets, financing related activity, operations, and disposals.
- Conducting due diligence on potential acquisitions.
- Produce deal business plans, investor presentations.
- Assist with the execution of investment transactions and managing external advisors.
- Prepare investment memoranda, investment committee presentations, and other relevant documentation to support investment decision-making processes.
Background:
- 3-8 years’ experience as an Associate / Senior Associate with proven real estate investment experience.
- Background in real estate private equity, corporate finance, fund, investor and advisor.
- Experience of supporting and executing a full A-Z deal process.
- Ideally good training in a structured environment from a bank, fund, institution but now looking to work in a more entrepreneurial environment.
- Advanced experience and ability with Excel Financial Modelling – building and modifying models.
- Support deals/projects in both Continental Europe (focus including Portugal, Spain and Greece) and the UK.
- Those with operational real estate experience would be an advantage – residential, student accommodation, hospitality, co-working & co-living sectors.
- Fluent English: those with an additional European Language would be at an advantage.
- Strong at presentations/report writing.

Expected salary: 140000 per year
