My client is a distinguished firm with expertise in providing exceptional investment management services to diverse clientele. As part of their ongoing growth they are seeking a talented and experienced Business Analyst with a consultancy background to join our dynamic team.
Position Overview: As a Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in driving strategic initiatives, optimizing operational efficiency, and enhancing business performance across our investment management operations. Leveraging your consulting experience and analytical skills, you will collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities, solve complex business challenges, and implement transformative solutions that drive sustainable growth and value creation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive analysis of business processes, operational workflows, and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to gather business requirements, define project scope, and develop actionable recommendations to address key business challenges.
- Utilize data analytics and visualization tools to extract insights, identify trends, and present findings to stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement process improvements, automation initiatives, and operational enhancements that drive efficiency and scalability.
- Support the development and implementation of strategic initiatives, including new product launches, market expansions, and organizational restructuring efforts.
- Assist in the preparation of business cases, project plans, and financial analyses to support decision-making processes and resource allocation.
- Serve as a liaison between business units, technology teams, and external vendors to facilitate effective communication, alignment, and execution of project deliverables.
- Monitor project progress, track milestones, and communicate updates to stakeholders, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with project objectives.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory developments, and best practices in investment management and consulting, providing insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field; Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis, financial modeling, and quantitative research techniques.
- Experience with data analytics and visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas, present findings, and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Proven track record of driving business transformation initiatives, process improvements, and operational efficiencies.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player with a collaborative mindset, proactive attitude, and a passion for driving change and innovation.
