About the Role:
Are you an enthusiastic HR professional committed to delivering exceptional customer service?
We currently have an opportunity to join our close-knit HR Advisory Services Team. This highly valued role will see you collaborate closely with the other members of People Services including our Talent Acquisition and Payroll Teams along with People and Culture Business Partners and Workplace Relations.
You’ll serve as a trusted resource, ensuring consistent, accurate and responsive advice on terms and conditions of employment and policies and procedures to members across CFA.
A day in the life of one of our valued HR Advisors will include:
- Addressing HR enquiries and offering specialist guidance on procedures, legislation, and enterprise agreements.
- Managing the employee onboarding process and ensuring that compliance requirements are met.
- Working with a designated portfolio to progress HR matters and develop solutions to meet business needs.
- Promoting the use of our self-service options, championing the People Services operating model, and coaching and educating managers and employees along the way.
- Actively participating in HR projects and working groups, fostering collaboration with P&C colleagues.
About You:
You will ideally hold tertiary qualifications in HR or a related field and have proven experience in a similar role coupled with the ability to produce factually accurate, high quality written communications including email responses, correspondence and recommendations.
Crucial to your success in this role will be your strong understanding of key areas of legislation pertaining to employment and the ability to interpret enterprise agreements and HR policies along with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to work flexibly within tight timeframes and manage variable workload demands.
You will be customer centric by nature, highly organised, adaptable and looking to secure a stable role within an organisation that has a meaningful purpose in the community.
