Salary -R12 000 – R15 000CTC
MAIN DUTIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Pro Forma Invoices
- Invoicing of orders
- Assist in releasing orders once payment is received
- Following up on back orders and notifying the customer and Manager
- Reception duties when required
- Assist with stock take
- Assist with Debtors/ Creditors function. (Daily allocations, statements, collections, age analysis, weekly projections, customer queries, account recons, credit requests, cash payments, system maintenance)
- Perform other related duties as assigned
PERSON SPECIFICATION
- Std 10/Grade 12
- Tertiary qualification (Diploma/Degree) advantageous.
- Minimum 3 years experience.
- PC literate in MS Outlook, Excel and Sage Evolution.
- Team player.
- Ability to deal with clients, colleagues and management at all levels.
- Thorough, meticulous and accurate.
Expected salary: R12000 – 15000 per month
