Job description: As a Farmer , you will play a crucial role in managing our farm operations and ensuring the highest quality agricultural practices are carried out.

Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize and manage the production of crops and livestock on the farm
- Ensure the farm operates efficiently and effectively, meeting production targets and maintaining high-quality standards
- Plant, cultivate, and harvest crops according to crop seasons and market conditions
- Monitor crop growth and health, making necessary adjustments to irrigation, fertilization, and pest control methods
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on farm equipment and machinery
- Oversee the breeding, feeding, and care of livestock, including monitoring their health and well-being
- Manage and maintain accurate records of farm activities, expenses, and production levels
- Develop and implement strategies to increase productivity and profitability of the farm
- Stay updated on industry developments and implement new and innovative farming techniques
- Train and supervise farm workers and seasonal laborers
Requirements:
- 1 years of experience in farm management or similar role
- Strong knowledge of crop and livestock production, agricultural methods, and industry trends
- Proven ability to operate and maintain farm equipment and machinery
- Excellent problem-solving skills and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and lift heavy objects
- Effective communication and leadership skills
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Familiarity with organic farming methods is a plus
Expected salary: 5600 – 6200 per month
