Minimum Requirements:
Valid Drivers License and own vehicle
Previous experience as a Business Development Account Manager in the Internet service provider/Telco and/or Telecoms datacenter industry
Strong knowledge and understanding of fiber products and terminology including SFPs (transceiver), patch leads, and related products; including networking
Experience in selling fiber products and accessories
Own client base is a definite advantage
Experience in identifying profitable business opportunities and potential clients
Ability to maintain strong client relationships and establish industry partnerships
Competency in negotiating and closing business deals
Solid experience with CRM software
Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
Strong verbal and written English communication skills (multi-lingual ability a definite advantage)
Verifiable certification and/or training in the field of sales or business development
Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls)
Track record of achieving sales quotas and understanding of sales performance metrics
Effective time-management skills and the ability to handle multiple, complex deliverables
Self-starter and self-driven
Duties and Responsibilities:
Identify new clients by researching and creating opportunities
Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities
Contact potential clients through cold calls and emails
Present our company to potential clients
Develop new business and identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas
Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
Develop trusted advisor relationships with new and dormant accounts
Generate sales among client accounts, including upselling and cross-selling
Operating as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your accounts
Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships
Complete customer account management, including costings and quotations
Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g., sales results and forecasts)
Updating and maintaining CRM records and executing LinkedIn/CRM campaigns
Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to management
Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services
Customize product solutions to increase customer satisfaction
Stay up-to-date with new products/services and new pricing
Ensure clients receive requested products and services in a timely fashion
Manage projects within client relationships, working to carry out client goals while meeting company goals
Service multiple clients concurrently
