Job description: I am currently working with a large organisation in Abu Dhabi on a Head of Reward role. This is a brand new role to the business managing a small team and reporting to the CPO.

Duties will include –
- Develop and execute a comprehensive compensation and benefits strategy
- Manage the group compensation and benefits structure
- Lead the design, implementation, and management of the compensation programs;
- Provide strategic guidance and recommendations to senior leadership on compensation-related matters, including salary structures, incentive plans, and executive compensation;
- Manage the long term incentive structures
- Lead the annual rewards cycle across the group
- Review submissions of rewards nominations, discuss forced distribution and budget allocation
You must have 10 – 15 years experience in a similar role in the region and a consulting background would be advantageous.
