Job title: Finance Manager

Job description: Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire accounting system, ensuring accurate and timely financial
reporting.
- Prepare comprehensive financial statements, budgets, and forecasts, with CEO
guidance and leadership.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, assess risks, and recommend cost-
saving strategies.
- Provide financial advice and guidance to the CEO, leadership team, and other
departments according to the clinics strategy.
- Oversee the clinic’s or partners investment program, making sound investment
decisions to optimize returns.
- Manage payroll processing (WPS), ensuring accurate and timely payments to
employees.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant medical and educational regulations,
including those from Dubai healthcare authority, the Ministry of health and
KHDA.
- Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a collaborative and supportive
work environment.
- Maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners and
relationships, including auditors and bankers.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Professional accounting qualification (e.g., CA, CPA, ACCA) is required.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a healthcare finance role, experience in
education is less relevant.
- Proven track record of success in managing financial operations and budgets.
