Job description: As a Customer Advisor you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our students, alumni, and other stakeholders. You will serve as the first point of contact for all inquiries, and your main objective will be to ensure that every interaction with our institute is a positive and memorable one. This role requires a combination of excellent communication skills, a passion for helping others, and a strong understanding of our educational programs.

Responsibilities:
- Respond to inquiries from prospective and current students about our programs, services, and policies via phone, email, and chat.
- Develop a deep understanding of IIQAF’s programs and services in order to provide accurate information to students and assist them in making informed decisions.
- Act as a liaison between students and other departments within the institute to address and resolve any issues or concerns.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all student interactions and follow-up actions.
- Proactively reach out to students who have expressed interest in our programs and provide them with additional information to help them make a decision.
- Continuously monitor student satisfaction and identify areas for improvement in our customer service processes.
- Participate in special projects and initiatives to enhance the overall student experience.
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or support role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with students from diverse backgrounds.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in using MS Office and other computer applications.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other customer relationship management (CRM) software is a plus.
Expected salary: 5700 – 6000 per month
