Job description: We are currently partnering with a leading cybersecurity company that are looking for a Director to build their OT Security practice across the Middle East.

This innovative role will be integral to the continued growth of the overall cybersecurity capability of the organization.
The successful candidate will leverage of existing client relationships whilst bringing their own client portfolio as well as building and managing a team of OT Security Specialists.
Responsibilities:
- Ideate, Test, Design and Launch a Complete Offering Portfolio for OT Cyber Security
- Identify business opportunities in the market for the company’s OT Cyber Security Offerings
- Establish partnerships with relevant third parties in the OT Marketspace
- Support the scouting and hiring of the required team members for the OT Cybersecurity practice
- Manage the OT Cybersecurity service line that designs and develops the clients’ OT and ICS strategies within a holistic security architecture.
- Provide tactical and strategic advice with suitable OT Security solutions and technologies that can be deployed, implement the necessary change management process to keep up to date with ever evolving cybersecurity threats.
- Competency development in the OT/ICS Security by building and maintain OT cybersecurity practice and service line.
Skills / Experience Required:
- 15 years + experience in managing complex OT environments and managing cybersecurity posture of these environments.
- 10 years + experience in a leadership role building and managing regional / global teams
Expected salary: 60000 – 70000 per year
