Job description: The Warranty Officer will work closely with our certification team to ensure that all our certified professionals have access to a hassle-free warranty process.

Responsibilities:
- Review and process warranty claims for our certification programs
- Develop and maintain the warranty policy for our certification programs
- Coordinate with the certification team to ensure warranty claims are handled efficiently and in a timely manner
- Communicate with clients and handle warranty inquiries and issues
- Maintain accurate records of warranty claims and resolutions
- Collaborate with the finance team to track warranty expenses and budget management
- Conduct regular evaluations of the warranty process and make recommendations for improvements
- Stay up-to-date with industry standards and best practices related to warranty management
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
- 1-2 years of experience in warranty management or a similar role
- Strong understanding of warranty policies and procedures
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- High attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience in the finance and accounting industry is a plus
Expected salary: 5700 – 6200 per month
