Job description: The Stakeholder Support officer will:

\
  • Respond to stakeholder queries and complaints relating to the VEU program via phone and email
  • Draft emails and other correspondence supporting program administration in accordance with policies and procedures
  • Maintain internal logs and databases, analyse issues and determine required actions
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with program participants and other government agencies.
  • Contribute to development and maintenance of administrative processes and system improvements
