Join Randstad Digital as we embark on an exciting journey of global transformation. We’re thrilled to announce a newly created role within our Sydney team for an HR Business Partner. In this position you will play a pivotal role in driving the business strategy and objectives by collaborating closely with senior stakeholders across the business. Your key focus will be translating business strategy into actionable people initiatives while executing our comprehensive HR strategy.

Your new responsibilities

  • Offer guidance on best practice delivery models, organizational structure, and growth planning to drive exceptional performance.
  • Coach managers on fostering high-performance individuals, teams, and culture.
  • Design and implement strategies to enhance retention and engagement.
  • Lead Randstad’s annual talent management process
  • Lead and manage HR projects aligned with the HR and business strategy
  • Guide managers on Randstad’s performance management policy, assessing risks, and recommending appropriate actions.
  • Assist in handling HR Incidents.

What we need from you

  • 5+ years of experience in working for a complex company, preferably in a fast-paced multi-site environment
  • Experience working across APAC regions would be highly desirable
  • Degree Qualified in HR is essential
