Job description: Our client is currently looking for an Office Manager to join their team in Dubai.

- Coordinate and oversee office operations for optimal organizational effectiveness.
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and inventory.
- Supervise and support administrative staff to ensure task completion.
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for executives and staff.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail, email, and phone calls.
- Assist in budgeting and expense tracking for proper resource allocation.
- Plan and coordinate company events and meetings, managing logistical arrangements.
- Manage inquiries from higher management.
- Oversee all office operations.
Requirements:
- Relevant experience in office management.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with UAE laws.
- Basic knowledge of governmental issuances.
- Basic knowledge of insurance contracts.
Salary: 10-15k AED
