As a Corporate Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and employees. Your role is crucial in creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere while efficiently managing administrative tasks. The ideal candidate must have previous experience in a corporate environment and possess excellent communication skills in Arabic (desirable but not essential) and English.
Responsibilities: * Greet and welcome visitors with a warm and professional demeanor.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate department or individual.
- Manage the reception area, ensuring cleanliness and organization.
- Handle and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings.
- Maintain a visitor log and issue security badges as needed.
- Provide administrative support to various departments as required.
- Assist in coordinating office events and functions.
- Monitor and manage office supplies and place orders as needed.
- Ensure the security and confidentiality of sensitive information.
Requirements: * Fluent in both Arabic and English (spoken and written).
- Proven experience as a Corporate Receptionist or in a similar role.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Professional appearance and attitude.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in using office equipment and computer software (Microsoft Office suite).
- Ability to handle stressful situations with poise and professionalism.
- Knowledge of basic administrative tasks and procedures.
