- Technical Expertise:
- Possess strong hands-on experience in installing, troubleshooting, and repairing Zebra/Honeywell handheld terminals, barcode printers, and related hardware.
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of networking and RF technology.
- Possess working knowledge of RFID systems (a plus).
- Customer Service:
- Build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external customers.
- Attend and provide on-site and in-house service calls, involving potential outstation travel.
- Proactively follow up on customer satisfaction within assigned accounts.
- Sales and Administration:
- Prepare quotes and submit proposals for maintenance contracts and services.
- Manage spare parts, RMA processes, invoicing, and collection of payments.
- Contribute to the Engineering Department’s revenue generation.
- Continuous Learning:
- Stay updated on the latest technologies and market trends within the auto ID industry.
Expand and develop a strong customer base for service and annual maintenance contracts
Expected salary: 8000 – 10000 per month
