Sales Manager -MEA Region (Tyre Industry) Sales & Marketing
Position Overview :
As a Sales Manager specializing in the Tyre Industry for the Middle East and Africa (MEA) region, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in the tyre sector, possessing a deep understanding of market dynamics, customer needs, and industry trends. The role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in developing and implementing effective sales strategies and a lot of travel in the Middle East & Africa.
Responsibilities: * Sales Strategy
- Develop and implement a robust sales strategy to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Formulate effective plans for market penetration, expansion, and customer acquisition.
- Client Relationship Management
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners.
- Address customer needs promptly and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Business Development
- Identify new business opportunities and establish relationships with potential clients.
- Drive initiatives for business expansion into untapped markets within the region.
- Sales Performance Monitoring
- Implement effective sales performance metrics and KPIs to track progress.
- Analyse sales data to derive insights and make data-driven decisions.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales management within the tyre industry, with a focus on the MEA region.
- Strong knowledge of tyre products, market dynamics, and customer requirements.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing effective sales strategies.
