Salary: 15000-20000 monthly (Market estimated)

Job Type: Full Time – Graduate ProgramProgram Objectives
- Provide real-world experience and skill development opportunities for UAE National graduates.
- Build a talent pipeline for future ADNOC Group roles through competency-based assessments.
- Facilitate the transition from trainee to employee with exposure to ADNOC’s culture and operations.
- Offer comprehensive training and on-the-job experience, even for candidates not joining permanently.
Eligibility Criteria
- UAE National with a bachelor’s degree in any major not listed in previous program announcements.
- Medically fit for the role.
- Successful completion of National Service (or exemption under UAE law).
- Must pass ADNOC entry assessments, interviews, and obtain required government clearances including certificate of good conduct from the Ministry of Interior.

- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a dynamic, global organization.
- Basic computer literacy and problem-solving skills.
