Participants will undergo structured training, on-the-job experience, and competency assessments with the potential opportunity for full-time employment upon successful completion.Key Objectives
- Provide graduates with the opportunity to gain real-world experience across ADNOC’s diverse business functions.
- Identify and develop top talent for future leadership roles within ADNOC Group.
- Support graduates in transitioning from academia to corporate roles.
- Offer exposure to ADNOC’s culture, operations, and global energy business practices.

- Successful completion of ADNOC’s entry assessments, interviews, and evaluation process.
