Al-Futtaim Retail is hiring a dedicated Retail Supervisor to support daily operations across its fashion and lifestyle stores in Dubai. This role focuses on customer experience, team supervision, compliance, and operational efficiency. - Deliver exceptional customer service and assist shoppers with product knowledge
- Support the Department Manager with floor supervision, staff guidance, and store execution
- Act as Duty Manager as required and assist with opening, closing, and POS troubleshooting
- Coordinate stock receiving and ensure shelves are merchandised correctly
- Ensure pricing, ticketing, and branding standards are consistently maintained
- Participate in store audits, stock counts, and promotional events
- Train new Sales Assistants on POS systems and customer service protocols
- Maintain compliance with Al-Futtaim brand presentation standards across all departments
**Ideal Profile**
- Minimum 2 years of retail experience in a supervisory or team lead capacity
- Strong understanding of customer service, sales, and operational workflows
- Knowledge of retail systems, inventory processes, and POS troubleshooting
- Comfortable with physical tasks such as lifting and standing for extended periods
- Excellent communication skills and a problem-solving mindset
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional retail or fashion training is a plus
