- Assist the Logistics Manager in all phases of warehouse and supply chain operations
- Supervise and evaluate the daily activities of logistics staff to ensure alignment with safety and productivity standards
- Oversee issuance and control of material slips, purchase requests, and inventory documentation
- Ensure all warehouse processes follow smooth, safe, and efficient procedures
- Collaborate with cross-department teams to support timely product movement and warehouse coordination
- Participate in budgeting, quality audits, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Implement and enforce strict housekeeping, safety, and environmental compliance standards
- Drive continuous learning through training programs in logistics handling and process protocols
- Contribute to plant improvements aimed at maximizing efficiency and safety
- Monitor and report on KPIs, resource utilization, and compliance with standard operating procedures
Ideal Profile
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in logistics or warehouse supervision
- Strong organizational and coordination skills
- Knowledge of ERP systems, warehouse documentation, and supply chain flows
- Proven ability to lead safety initiatives and operational improvements
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Hands-on knowledge of inventory control, dispatching, and material movement
- Ability to manage multiple tasks under time pressure while maintaining accuracy
