- Monitor KPIs and take action to achieve sales targets and optimize profit margins
- Maintain operational compliance with standard operating procedures and health/safety regulations
- Resolve customer concerns and elevate service levels to create lasting impressions
- Collaborate with back-office departments to align inventory, training, and promotions
**Candidate Requirements**
- Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in a high-volume retail environment
- Diploma or equivalent qualification; additional retail or leadership training is a plus
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; English fluency required
- Strong problem-solving, time management, and process improvement abilities
- Ability to lead by example and foster a results-driven culture
