- Manage allocation processes including BTF setting, ratio balancing, AI-driven stock allocation, and regional stock needs
- Generate and analyze sales reports, flag best/worst sellers, identify trends, and contribute to promotional tracking
- Support catalogue buying by updating demand planning sheets, entering data into range-building systems, and creating planograms
- Monitor market activity, contribute to product strategy, and ensure alignment with brand identity
- Act as the first point of contact for stores regarding stock issues and help maintain data accuracy for online listings
- Assist with weekly trade communication and event planning like retail conferences
- Coach and guide allocators while promoting a culture of collaboration, accuracy, and customer focus
**Ideal Profile**
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master\’s preferred
- 3-4 years of relevant experience in fashion buying and merchandising, preferably with UK or European brands
- Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills; SAP or inventory system experience is a plus
- High attention to detail, strong numeric ability, and clear communication skills
