  • Build and sustain long-term client relationships with investors, developers, and legal partners
  • Conduct in-depth market research to identify upcoming opportunities and off-market assets
  • Ensure full compliance with UAE real estate regulations and documentation procedures

Ideal Profile

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in luxury or high-value property sales
  • Strong understanding of Abu Dhabi’s premium real estate landscape
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
  • Confidence in dealing with high-profile clients and sensitive transactions
  • Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, or related field (preferred)
  • Arabic language skills are an asset but not mandatory
