- Negotiate and close property deals with a focus on win-win outcomes
- Build strong relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords, and investors
- Stay informed on the latest market shifts, legal updates, and listing platforms
- Represent the VOTA brand with professionalism and confidence at all times
Ideal Profile
- Minimum 1 year of real estate experience in the Dubai market
- At least 4 completed sales transactions
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Comfortable with CRM platforms, listing tools, and digital marketing basics
- Real estate license is a plus, but not mandatory
- Self-starter mindset with a strong work ethic and hunger for success
