Job description: Salary: Up to AED 5,000 per monthResponsibilities:– Supervise daily operations
– Manage and monitor 3PL vendor performance and service SLAs
– Oversee rider management, including attendance and productivity
– Handle rider hiring, onboarding, and performance evaluations
– Troubleshoot operational challenges and delivery issues
– Track KPIs and generate daily/weekly reportsRequirements:– 2-3 years of operational experience in courier/logistics industry
– Proven experience in 3PL vendor management
– Strong background in rider supervision, recruitment, and management
– Proficiency in Excel and delivery software/tools
– Excellent problem-solving and coordination skills
